TwinCloud currently accepts PayPal, regular credit or debit card payments, and bank transfers. We accept USD, HKD and RMB. We ensure that your information, including sensitive information you submit, is protected both online and offline.

I can't pay with my credit or debit card?
Possible reasons for payment failure:
1) Incorrect or incomplete card/account information
2) Insufficient credit or account balance
3) Your bank card is not set up with the global online transaction function
4) The authorized or default online transaction limit is too low
5) Technical issues with the payment system

We recommend you do this:
1) Double-check your card/account information to make sure it is correct
2) Use a different card or payment method
3) Contact your bank/service provider to enable this feature or get more details.
If none of the above suggestions help, we recommend that you use PayPal completes the payment because PayPal is fast and keeps your money safe.
